Is a Deposit required when booking?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure date of services. This amount is varied depending on the service or amount of services contracted when booking.
Do you offer Refunds?
A: Due to the nature of services offered when booking, deposits and payments due the day of services are non refundable. In the event I cancel, I will provide full refund of any deposit or travel paid from booked clients.
Is there a fee for rescheduling or canceling?
A: In the event of rescheduling or cancellations for services for weddings. When booking your deposits are non-refundable. If you end up having to post pone your date and if there is availability I will honor your services for your new date. For cancellations depending on your booked date for services, within specified timeframe outlined in contract, you are required to pay for services agreed upon in contract. For single makeup applications, if you cancel less then 24 hours you will be required to pay for agreed services booked or remaining balance due the day of services. All Bridal Service contracts list policies when agreed upon booking is initiated.
What is the accepted form of Payment?
A: Zelle, Card (additional fee is applied), or cash if needed.
When do I book my Bridal Preview?
A: I recommend booking your bridal preview 3-6 months out from your wedding date. I do offer Bridal Previews to non booked brides, but be advised. Wedding dates are first come first serve and book quickly for popular dates. For that reason, I do not reserve or hold wedding dates without deposit and signed contract.
